Sophie Hamilton, an active member of Berwick u3a, wants to let people know that there is Tea, Cake & Chat which happens on the third Sunday of each month from 2.30-4.00 p.m. in the Parish Centre by Holy Trinity Church in Berwick Town Centre.  It is free for anyone to turn up to for convivial chats over tea/coffee and home baking.  All will be most welcome.

Sophie says “This event is open to anyone but it is hoped to appeal to those who live alone and may find Sundays quite 'long' - and also to people who maybe find it difficult to use cafes because of difficulties with wheelchairs or other sorts of disabilities.”  If anyone would like further information, they are welcome to contact Sophie via the Hand Quilting group page.
