This is a group for non-professional musicians who are looking to play with other people for fun, to improve their skills and to meet other musicians and perhaps form spin-off musical relationships. We focus on the blues, because people from a wide variety of musical backgrounds and skill levels can play the blues, and because it reduces common barriers to playing with other people such as being able to read music, or knowing a lot of chords or theory. But the group isn’t ‘blues nothing but the blues’, and all instruments are welcome, as well as singers.

… So far the group is about 12 strong and includes several singers, multiple guitarists/ ukulele players, violin, harmonica, saxophone, percussion and possibly keyboards.
