The Berwick U3A Hand Quilting Group meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month from 2.00-4.00p.m. in the home of the Group Leader.

The group is for experienced quilters as well as those who would like to ‘try out’ quilting although beginners are advised to do some research on what is involved before ‘signing up’. There is no formal instruction – just helpful advice and suggestion – with other keen and friendly quilters.

There are books on different techniques which can be borrowed and the Group Leader would be happy to discuss tools and equipment which may be needed.

The maximum number of members who can be included in the group is 10 and the cost is 50p each attendance. The group is currently full, but a waiting list is maintained so don't hesitate to enquire if you'd like to join it.
